You should also motivate yourself so that you will receive a local or international award from business sectors. It is not only the employees that deserves an award, the hard working business owners is worthy of receiving it too, thus, the business world should make an effort to acknowledge them. If a worker feels like nothing can be obtained from doing a certain job, he or she will easily get tired and hate what he or she is doing. Even though your hard work can be compensated by a certain amount of money, it is still different if you are praised and recognized for a job well done.
