When you ride with aStretchOut, you can always expect the highest level of professional conduct from our drivers. We require our chauffeurs to be clean and sober when they are on duty and because they are proud of their professional status, they wouldn't have it any other way! While you may enjoy the wet bar in (some of our vehicles), to keep things legal, we prohibit drug use by any of our passengers.

Billing

1. All rides are billed to the customer's credit card, corporate account numbers or are paid by cash or money order. aStretchOut Limousine accepts the following cards: Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa.
2. 10% Fuel, STC charges may be added to all jobs
3. A 20% gratuity will be billed to all rides. Gratuity is calculated on the base fare, stop time, wait time, and any holiday surcharges that will be added and itemized on the customer's billing statement.
4. A 20% non-refundable deposit and 7% non-refundable credit card service fee will be charged to credit card on file at the time of booking.
5. The following additional charges will be itemized on the customer's billing statement when applicable: two-way tolls, airport fees.
6. Applicable taxes will be charged as required.
7. All published rates are subject to change without notice.
8. All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate.

Sedan Rates

1. aStretchOut Limousine has standardized point-to-point rates that provide flat rate pricing for travel to and from most major cities and airports.
2. Sedan rates for travel between locations in which a point-to-point rate does not exist will be billed at aStretchOut Limousine hourly rate. Customers are billed from the time the vehicle leaves the aStretchOut Limo facility until the time it returns to the aStretchOut Limousine facility, with 2 hours minimum.
3. Fractions of an hour are rounded to the next fifteen minute interval.

Wait Time / Stop Time

1. Twenty minutes of free waiting time given on all Domestic flights from the official posted arrival time. Forty minutes of free waiting time given on all International flights from the official posted arrival time. Additional waiting time will be calculated in increments 15 minutes at the vehicle's hourly rate. 20% gratuity, tolls and parking are additional.
2. For all other reservations, 5 minutes of free wait time is given. Any additional wait time will be charged in 15 minute increments based on the hourly rate for that particular vehicle.
3. aStretchOut Limousine does not monitor private flights, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving on a private plane that is delayed by more than 5 minutes.
4. aStretchOut Limousine does not monitor train schedules, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving by train that is delayed by more than 5 minutes.
5. Passenger requested stops on route during a point-to-point reservation will be charged $25.00 per stop for maximum of 5 minutes, and changes will revert to aStretchOut Limousine's hourly rate after 5 minutes.
6. Passenger requested stops off route for point-to-point reservations, additional charges will revert to aStretchOut Limousine's hourly rate.

Cancellation and No Show Fees

1. Cancellation of sedans and SUVs with TWENTY-FOUR HOURS (24 HRS) NOTICE OR LESS from scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% gratuity.
2. Cancellation of stretch limousines with THREE DAYS (3 DAYS) NOTICE OR LESS from date of service will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum.
3. Cancellation of Hummer H2, stretch SUV limousines, limousine party buses, vans/mini buses and coach buses with THIRTY DAYS (30 DAYS) NOTICE OR LESS from date of service will be charged the full contract amount. In cases of no existing contract, the vehicles' hourly minimum will be charged.
4. Cancellation of coordinators with TWO DAYS (2 DAYS) NOTICE OR LESS will be charged at the full rate.
5. Cancellation of Prom and Wedding contracts with SIXTY DAYS (60 DAYS) NOTICE OR LESS from date of service will be charged the full contract amount. In cases of no existing contract, the vehicles' hourly minimum will be charged.
6. A 'no show' fee equal to the base fare price of the trip plus 20% gratuity plus applicable wait time fee will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location.
7. To avoid a 'no show' fee call (877) 892-6182 if you cannot locate your vehicle.

Holidays

1. A 25% U.S. holiday surcharge, based on the fare, stop and waiting time, will be charged to all trips occurring on: New Year's Eve and Day - on these days we only book 8 or 10 hours packages, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve and Day and Christmas Eve and Day.

Weekday Specials

1. 4 hours minimum required.
2. 20% gratuity is not included in the price.
3. Travel charges may apply.
4. Offer valid Monday - Thursday only.
5. Applicable to hourly packages only.
6. Not applicable to existing reservations.
7. Valid only for bookings in boroughs of Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island and Long Island.

Prom Specials

1. 10 hours minimum.
2. 20% gratuity is additional.
3. Travel charges may apply.
4. Not applicable to existing reservations.
5. Only applicable for Range Rover JET; not any other limousines.
6. Not applicable to proms in Westchester County and Connecticut.

Other

1. aStretchOut Limousine shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
2. aStretchOut Limousine assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle.
