Charges are accrued beginning at the pick up and ending at the final drop-off (in some cases driving time applies. The balance (minus the deposit) should be charged to the customer's credit card or paid to the driver unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

All limo reservations have a two (2) hour minimum for jobs from Sunday through Friday. Weekend limo jobs have a three (3) hour minimum.

Clients of legal drinking age (21 in the U.S.) are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages during the voyage. All of our stretch limos have a bar with fine crystal glasses. Our in-car bars also come equipped with an ice chest and free alcoholic beverages for clients of legal drinking age (21 in the U.S.).

Unfortunately, our clients must accept financial responsibility for any reckless behavior that results in part of the limousine being damaged. Prior to the trip, our courteous drivers will provide instructions as to proper use of the limousine's lighting, radio/stereo/DVD equipment and interior components including the upholstery. aStretchOut Limo also reserves the right to charge a fee for any excessive mess or spillage that requires the vehicle to be professionally cleaned.

We have nice collections of CD's on board the limo, but we recommend that you bring your favorite DVD and CD's with you to listen to your favorite music on board. We have ice and coolers on board for passengers over 21 we do provide complimentary alcoholic beverages. Many guests also bring along their cameras to preserve their special memories from their voyage.

No problem! You may continue your limo reservation provided that yours is the last reservation of the day or there are no other reservations that day for that vehicle. Just check with the driver and we will do everything possible to keep the party going.

For your convenience, a 20% gratuity will be added to each luxury limousine. The gratuity is based on the trip's total price and charged to the deposit, along with the balance due on arrival. Any extra tip may be given directly to your driver, or by calling us at 877-892-6182.

For weddings, as soon as you have booked your reception facility, give us a call. We recommend booking at least 6 months to one year in advance of wedding dates. The months of May, June, September and October are the most popular and therefore book up the fastest. But as those dates get filled, the rest of the year gets very busy as well...so book early to guarantee availability, size and color preference. For proms, call as soon as the date of the prom has been announced. For all other occasions, call as soon as possible to secure the vehicle that best suits your needs.

Our policy requires a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost of the rental. We cannot hold or guarantee any vehicle without this deposit. The remaining balance is due at least two weeks prior to the date of the service to be performed. Vehicle(s) will not be reserved until a signed contract has been received by Call's Limousine and/or other arrangements have been made.

You can make reservations directly online in real time. We accept reservations for sedans as soon as 30 minutes from pick-up time in Manhattan. For the other boroughs please allow 1 hour. For web reservations for all other vehicles and out of town pick-ups you must allow 4 hours before the reservation time.
